Rio Grande Games 5511248 Review: I was wary at first of this expansion, since it adds a lot more complexity than the previous two. Not only is there a new "prestige point" system, it goes all-out adding cards with very elaborate and complex powers (Terraforming Engineers alone has several paragraphs dedicated to it in the rulebook).
